A place where community truly thrives

Starkey Ranch is designed to help new neighbors become old friends. It's a place that invites you to get outdoors and enjoy the wonders of your own community, say "hi" at the dog parks or playground, join in an organized nature hike, or curl up with a good Kindle on your front porch. Our resident services team will help you find your happy place, whatever your interests are.

Sit back and enjoy a video introduction to Starkey Ranch. Learn about green living, both indoors and out. Check out the three Five-Star public schools to which Starkey Ranch students are assigned. Explore the opportunities for locating your business on State Road 54 within the community. And if you're into history, you'll enjoy our wonderful selection of old Starkey family photos and background on the land.

But the best way to get a feel for our community is in person. Every member of your household will discover ways to feel right at home in Starkey Ranch, perhaps even before you move in. The fun begins now.
