Community Map

More than 2,400 acres of community and 18,000 acres of nature next door

Starkey Ranch is a beautiful piece of Old Florida, thanks to generations of stewardship by the Starkey family and the foresight to keep the majority of the former ranch forever wild as the J. B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve.

Our beautiful master-planned community spans an area along State Road 54 in Pasco Country from just east of Gunn Highway to Starkey Boulevard on the west - a distance of nearly 4 miles. The main entrance is at Heart Pine Avenue. Be sure to make the Welcome Center, located at 2500 Heart Pine Avenue, your first stop for good information, cold beverages and fresh-baked cookies.
