RESALE LISTINGS - Know the Rules

We never like to lose a resident, but we're happy when the Realtor who helped them buy their Starkey Ranch home gets the resale listing. We're here to help you navigate the HOA rules about signage.

FOR SALE SIGNS: The only signs permitted are those based on a standard 12x18" template which is on file with Allied Signage. Complete the SIGN ORDER FORM and email it to the MPOA for approval, then to Allied Signage to place your order.

OPEN HOUSE SIGNS: You are allowed to place one temporary OPEN HOUSE sign in the front yard of the home, and one additional sign directing traffic to the home at the closest cross street, one hour before and open house starts, and remove it at the time of completion. Nothing may be attached to signage (i.e. balloons, inflatables, etc.) No other signs are permitted in the community or along ANY main entrance/exit of Starkey Ranch.

NO Resale or Open House signage is permitted in Esplanade. For questions regarding these restrictions contact their HOA Management Team.

All non-compliant signs will be removed and discarded.

MARKETING RESTRICTIONS: We encourage Realtors to use links to our website at any time. They are welcome to snap photos of the community, amenities, and homes as they wish. they can use words from our website to write about the community and can share and tag Starkey Ranch social media posts. A Realtor or Brokerage may not represent themselves as a preferred Realtor or direct representative of the Starkey Ranch Community and may not create a web page or social media account that uses Starkey Ranch in the URL or handle. The use of any Starkey Ranch logo, any copyrighted image, or tag lines for their marketing materials is prohibited.
