On November 29th, Starkey Ranch will be giving thanks to more than 150 Realtors who've written new home contracts since December 1, 2016. If you're among them, then this new holiday tradition is just for you and an invitation is on its way. There's still room to qualify by bringing your buyers and getting on the invitation list. Your buyers will shower you with thanks, and so will we.
Each time you bring buyers new-home shopping at Starkey Ranch, we'll reward you with a Nordstrom gift card by mail. Just make our Welcome Center your first stop. Our team will present the community story, register you and your buyers with all of our builders, and then send you on your way to the models.

FOR SALE SIGNS: The only signs permitted are those based on a standard 12x18" template which is on file with Allied Signage. Complete the SIGN ORDER FORM and email it to the HOA for approval, then to Allied Signage to place your order.
OPEN HOUSE SIGNS: You are allowed to place one temporary OPEN HOUSE sign in the front yard of the home, and one additional sign directing traffic to the home at the closest cross street, one hour before and open house starts, and remove it at the time of completion. No other signs are permitted in the community or along SR 54 right of way.
All non-compliant signs will be removed and discarded.
