THE CDD PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

A Community Development District (CDD) is a quasi-governmental entity that ensures professional management of the community. The CDD builds, operates and maintains parks, pools, playgrounds, trails and other amenities through the issuance of 30-year bonds. The bond debt is repaid by homeowners as part of their annual property tax bill and is calculated based on the size of the home site. An annual operations and maintenance fee also appears on the tax bill. The CDD also administers the trash collection in the community.
