In this recent aerial photograph, you can now visualize Heart Pine Avenue which will lead from the intersection of SR 54 and Trinity Boulevard at bottom, north into our first neighborhood, Whitfield Park.  The large flat parcel nearest to SR 54 will become the Starkey Ranch Business Park.  Just to the north will be our Welcome Center, anticipated to open early next year.  Stay tuned for announcements about the three home builders who will offer buyers the first opportunity to live in Starkey Ranch.
