Homes By WestBay has begun new home sales from a temporary office in the Starkey Ranch Welcome Center. The home builder will be offering three Manor Home plans (2,562-3,518 square feet) starting at $374,990 and eight Estate Home plans (3,101-4,846 square feet) starting at $429,990. Homes by WestBay is building in the new Whitfield Preserve neighborhood, where many of the homesites are adjacent to the J. B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve.

These homes will be among the largest currently available within the community. Two model homes, showcasing the popular Biscayne II and Key Largo II plans, are expected to open spring of 2016 along Barbour Trail near Rangeland Boulevard.
