Starkey Ranch has announced that Homes by WestBay will build luxury Manor Homes and Estate Homes within the master-planned community. Ranging from 2,562 to 4,846 square feet, the initial 15 home plans offered by WestBay will be among the largest in Starkey Ranch.

The builder’s homesites will be located in Whitfield Preserve where each property enjoys conservation views and some are directly adjacent to the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve. Prices have not been released.

Homes by WestBay will conduct pre-construction sales from the Starkey Ranch Welcome Center beginning December 12th. Model homes of the popular Biscayne II and Largo II plans will be complete in Spring 2016.
