Pulte Homes has announced plans to offer new homes for sale in the Homestead Park neighborhood at Starkey Ranch in 2017. Fourteen plans will be offered, ranging from approximately 1,904 to 4,201 square feet, with two and three-car garages available.

Homestead Park is the newest neighborhood in the award-winning master-planned community. Many of Pulte's homesites will offer wetland and woodland views.
