Taylor Morrison, one of the nation’s largest home builders, has begun construction on the model home center in our newest neighborhood, Esplanade at Starkey Ranch.

A gated enclave of 225 acres, Esplanade will offer a signature brand of active lifestyle living, with a private 6,000 square foot amenity center that will include a fitness center, craft room and an on-site Lifestyle Director.

Ten California Tuscan-inspired home plans are being offered within Esplanade, ranging from 1,689 to 3,006 square feet, with a majority of them being single-story.

Esplanade homes will also feature low-maintenance living, with lawn and irrigation being cared for by the association.
