Pulte Homes has begun pre-construction sales of homes in our newest neighborhood village, Homestead Park. Pulte is offering three series of homes with a total of 15 plans available. Prices start in the upper $200s and homes range from 1,980 to more than 4,200 square feet.

Homestead Park celebrates the site that was the center of ranching operations from the time Jay Starkey and the Cunningham brothers began working the land in the late 1930s. In the middle of the neighborhood is a big, shady park that will feature a beach-entry swimming pool, restrooms, a picnic pavilion, and a large playscape with lots of elements for active outdoor exploration and climbing. One of the play elements is a retrofit of the original cattle chute used by the cowboys who worked the ranch. The Starkey Ranch trail system will also wind through the park, connecting the neighborhood with the rest of the community and the J.B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve.
