On Tuesday, October 31st Pasco County Commissioners, Superintendent Kurt Browning, members of the Starkey family and many other special guests gathered at the beautiful new District Park for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Starkey family was honored for their hard work and dedication to the Starkey Ranch community and to Pasco County.
