When people think of Starkey Ranch, the first idea that comes to mind is that of connectivity to nature. However, thanks to our latest partner, Bright House Networks, we can now offer our residents high-speed fiber-to-the home connectivity as well.
Current schooling assignments for Starkey Ranch are Odessa Elementary School, Seven Springs Middle School and James W. Mitchell High School - all ranked among the top five schools in the Pasco County School District.

As you can see, Starkey Ranch is really taking shape. In the latest aerial shot, you can clearly see progress along Heart Pine Avenue, the main entrance from SR 54 that leads past the Welcome Center site into Whitfield Park, our first residential neighborhood.

Tampa, Fla. – In December 2013, Pasco County, the District School Board of Pasco County and Wheelock Communities approved a public-public-public-private partnership (P4) to design, construct, operate and maintain Starkey Ranch District Park, the first combined park, school, library and theatre complex in Florida.
